I became a certified Connection Codes coach and Unwanted Guide and realized the work I’m most called to is right here with Christian singles, dating, and engaged couples. This is where I help people navigate desire, dating, and boundaries with emotional honesty, spiritual depth, and self-trust.
After five years as a spiritual formation pastor, I stepped into coaching to walk more personally with people through the mess and beauty of desire, shame, and faith. I started by helping men and women uncover what was real in their stories.
When I discovered the Connection Codes framework, it gave me the tools I didn’t know I needed to navigate emotions, build safety in myself and my relationships,
I graduated from Nyack College (Alliance University) with a degree in Youth and Family Studies, concentrating in Marriage and Family Therapy. I knew then I was made to hold space for healing, relationships, and emotional depth.
I heard a sermon from a Christian sex therapist that lit something deep in me. It was the first time I saw sexual desire framed as sacred—and it changed everything. I became hungry to learn how to help others approach sexuality and intimacy with honesty, embodiment, and spiritual integrity.
